ADIPS processes membership fees and direct website registrations online using a secure ANZ payment gateway.
- To ensure maximum security, ADIPS does not store or retain full credit card numbers on our servers.
- All credit card transactions are encrypted at the point of entry and processed directly by our secure banking partner in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

This data may be stored securely in cloud data centres located in Australia or overseas (including the United States, Europe, or India).
- Annual Scientific Meetings (ASMs) & Events: We engage professional conference organisers (PCOs) to manage registrations, abstracts, and logistics for our Annual Scientific Meetings (ASMs). When registering for an ADIPS event, your information will be processed through our event partner’s proprietary event management software and portals. This data is handled strictly to facilitate your attendance, abstract submission, and ticketing.
